Precision application is here. With our drone, we are able to apply pesticide at a consistent rate while ensuring your entire crop field is covered.
Aerial herbicide applications are an important tool for farmers to consider especially when they have large fields to cover, varied typography, and wet soil conditions. Under the right circumstances and with the right herbicides and adjuvants, aerial application can be an efficient method for controlling undesirable weeds and vegetation. Our drones provide precise application with minimal overspray and targeted areas within +/- 3 inches.
Aerial application is an effective option for combating disease in both corn and soybeans. The ability to combine fungicide application with insecticides and other foliar nutrients makes aerial application an extremely efficient choice. Not only do fungicides prevent disease, they also increase overall plant health, standability, and yields
Aerial seeding is the application of a cover crop by our drone typically over standing cash crops. Through aerial seeding, farmers can establish a cover crop months before cash crop harvest in the early fall. The cover crop will establish and grow under the corn and soy vegetation; when the grains and beans are harvested, the newly seeded cover crops will remain, protecting the soil from erosion throughout the winter. Early establishment allows the cover crops to accumulate substantial above and below-ground biomass before winter and therefore better prevent nutrient leaching and surface run-off during the winter.
This is a fairly new concept that Valley AgDrone is working on. We are looking into the ability to use our Agras T30 drone to apply sanitizing solutions in order to provide a control measure for outdoor arenas, and large outdoor event preparation. Contact us today to learn more!
